Since Paragon does not deplete run energy, the primary benefit of training Agility is that it unlocks the ability to use shortcuts.
Courses
Completing agility courses are the primary method for training agility, aside from using experience lamps.
The following table is the amount of experience granted for completing each course, before your game modes experience rate is applied, and before any experience boosts are applied.
