Vorkath is the Undead Dragon of Ungael. Here on paragon, we removed the mechanics of the Zombified Spawn/Acid Rain/Fire Barraging, so it is a straight forward fight.

Teleports > Bosses > Vorkath
Strategy
Poke Vorkath to initiate the fight, have Antifire pots or Anti-Dragon fire Shield equipped, preferably with a Stab or Ranged weapon.
Vorkath is undead/dragon type, so items that deal extra damage to undead/dragons work wonderfully here.
