The fairy boss is a global event boss.
In the quest tab under the events section, you can see how close the fairy boss is to spawning.
The fairy boss will get closer to spawning every time a raid is completed, with more difficult raids providing more progress towards the total required.
Mechanics
The fairy boss is very simple. To avoid taking any damage, simple use the protect from magic prayer.
Unlike other event bosses, which have no defensive stats, the fairy boss does. While you can still deal damage using ranged or melee, it is best to kill it using magic.
Drops
The fairy boss has 3 drop tables you can receive an item from, provided you do enough damage.
