General

Significantly increased the price of goading herbs to ensure they are only used in places that are worthwhile and don't become the default to use everywhere.
Decreased the amount of goading time you can have active at a single time.
Added Zaros and Avatar of Creation to hard boss challenges.
You can no longer attack players while wearing ancient ceremonial.
Added twisted tarn to ::top50.
Added daily events for the remainder of August.
Excluded some banned users from showing in ::top50.
You can now get boss tasks from Nieve with 85 slayer.
Added some high-end bolts to the skilling point shop.

Bug Fixes

Fixed some wealth gen issues.
Fixed some weapon heals not having the correct restrictions and applications that should apply to weapon heals.
Fixed empty vial not breaking from drinking goading pot (1).

Bosses & Events

The fairy boss now requires fewer raid completions to spawn.
The giant skeleton will now spawn 20% more often on average.
The vote boss will now only require 40 votes to spawn, but the odds of it being enhanced have been changed from 1 in 3 to 1 in 4.

Balancing Changes

Easter eggs can no longer be purchased or obtained. If you still have them you can use them, but no new ones will be added for the time being, including through donations.
Slightly lowered the stats and bonus damage of lightning whip to ensure bone scythe remains viable early-game.
Doubled the odds of getting arm seeds and enhanced weapon seeds from Hunllef keys. Also changed the odds of pet from 1 in 400 to 1 in 250.
Boosts that make your spec restore faster no longer work in the Wilderness.

Backend

Goblin Raid Changes

To help prevent crashing of mobs at goblin raids, we'll be making the following changes.
Once the goblin soldier or goblin giant get to half HP remaining, hits will be capped at 250.
If more changes are needed we will continue to make them to ensure goblin raids are fair for new players.
