You shouldn't even be seeing this. Bizzeebeever told me to add this here so that we can get responsiveness working for all screens.

Gambling
- Flower poker and staking has been re-enabled.
- Flower poker and staking are fully automated, no need for trust trading.
- To send a duel challenge, you both need to be in the little hut building at the gamble arena.
- You can only gamble: donator tokens, upgrade tokens, perk tickets, damage certificates, and pet tokens.
- Any attempt to circumvent these item restrictions, through any means, will result in your account being banned or permanently jailed with no warnings. This includes gambling then trading after, having one person hold the items, or any other method. We also have put checks in place to notify us if anyone tries to do this. If rule breaking persists as a problem we will disable it again.
- You can also not "sell" items for gamble-able items, just to trade them back afterwards. Again, any attempts to circumvent this will result in an account ban.
- If we believe a player has a gambling problem, we will remove their individual ability to do it (gambleban).
- Staff are not permitted to gamble under any circumstances.
- You can gambleban yourself using the right-click option on the gamble shop NPC. It has a confirmation screen.
Drop Rate Potions
- Created using drop powder and a dwarf weed potion (unf).
- Works the way normal potions do — not stackable, and each has 4 doses.
- Requires level 92 Herblore to create.
- Boosts drop rate by 3% for 5 minutes. When you drink it, your drop rate potion boost timer is set to 5 minutes, but drinking more than one will not add more time — it will just reset the timer back to 5 minutes. The time saves on logout.
- Drop powder can be obtained from the exchange store, Zulrah, Jelly Giant, and vote store.
Rejuvenated Heart
- The rejuvenated heart is an item that provides the rejuvenating effect of rejuvenation potions.
- The heart must be charged using rejuvenation potions, however, every potion will provide the heart with 2 charges.
- The heart can be created through the upgrade craftsman.
- This item is not tradeable.
Lucky Heart
- The lucky heart is an item that provides the boosting effect of drop rate potions.
- The benefit to the lucky heart is that you are granted 10 minutes of the potion effect per dose, rather than 5.
- The heart must be charged using drop rate potions (4) and will provide 4 charges per potion.
- The heart can be created through the upgrade craftsman.
- This item is not tradeable.
Boss Sigils
- Boss sigils are a new category of sigil.
- The following bosses have a boss sigil: Nex, Mezllef, Avatar of Destruction, Seren, Jelly Giant, Mutant Tarn, The Inadequacy, Vanta, Hunllef, Dagannoth Kings, Kalphite Queen, Godwars (this covers all 4 GWD bosses), Corporeal Beast, Zulrah, Cerberus, Abyssal Sire, Vorkath, and Alchemical Hydra.
- A boss sigil, when attuned, will boost damage by 15% at the boss(es) it applies to.
- These sigils are all tradeable.
- You can see the odds of receiving these by viewing the boss's drop table. These sigils are not affected by double drops, drop rate bonus, or any other boost. They are a hard set rate.
General
- Fixed an issue with the Giant Skeleton DD task.
- Increased the odds of receiving a Twisted Bow or Sanguinesti Staff from Giant Skeleton.
- Added a Boss Sigils collection log.
- The Trinket Activator is no longer tradeable.
